Potential Treasury Proposal - looking for feedback on marketing opportunity

Happy holidays everyone,

PRXY Co. is a recently launched, blockchain-powered software platform which tracks the movement of international investment into US real estate funds and then further tracks the funds throughout the lifecycle of each project. Even though we only launched our enterprise product 3 months ago, we’ve been awarded the honor of being the Crown Sponsor of an upcoming EB5 (aka foreign investment) global expo. Here's a link to the event 2023 EB-5 & Global Immigration Expo. This is the highest sponsorship level of this long-standing event which attracts well over 500 hundred industry leaders from our target market. Many of them, and their investors, are already our users.

Our tagline is "PRXY CO. - powered by Hashed Network, a Polkadot parachain". Our goal is to have Polkadot's logo alongside ours on our exhibit signage and edited videos.
We seek funding to record footage from the event as I will be a featured speaker at multiple times throughout the event, including a Ted-talk style “fireside” interview on the main stage where I explain our platform, the value of bridging the gap between web2 and web3 in the financial world and, of course, how the platform uses Hashed Network and Polkadot. The audience is not a typical crypto conference audience as the main attendees will be large real estate development companies, fund administrators, private equity attorneys, accountants, broker dealers etc. However, this audience provides a strong halo effect to the Polkadot brand for a few reasons: (i) PRXY is already creating a firestorm through disruption of this legacy industry as we’ve already eclipsed over $1B in funds represented on the platform. These industry insiders are constantly asking us how this all works and why our platform is better, more secure, etc. (ii) This is our first major public event so we’d like to use that opportunity to maximize the footprint of PRXY, Hashed Network and Polkadot simultaneously. In short, the audience will get to experience, in person, our 3 new world brands taking over a very traditional habitat and it’s all because we’ve created a new, better, cheaper tool for the industry.

We will produce and record "man on the street" style interviews throughout the event while also capturing footage of all of our speaking moments/on-stage time.
The high-fidelity editing will produce 3 polished videos, each with customized content that puts an emphasis on a particular layer. One for Polkadot, one for Hashed Network, and one for the dapp, PRXY. The raw footage will be shared publicly for others to use.

We're working with different vendors on final expo booth design but think something like the below but with PRXY, Hashed and Polkadot logos and color scheme.

• Travel and Production team: $25,000 (awaiting final number of attendees)
