#242·Rejecting Bounty Proposals at Request of Proposer and for No Contextual Information

This motion is a bit of housekeeping and cleans the bounty proposal queue: closing 2 bounty proposals:

• https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/15, at request of the proposer, the Polkascan team.
• https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/bounty/16, as it has no contextual information after more than 100 days of submission.

Please note that bounty proposers will lose their bond to the closing. Please vote at your convenience!
