The proposal, submitted as an **external** motion for the **RMRK** team, aims to fund the development of all RMRK NFT 2.0 and Marketplace pallets (rmrk-substrate-pallets): adaptable to the entire ecosystem. In the team's words: "flexible tools are needed to assist the builder's productivity. It is thus that the RMRK seeks to bring to the Polkadot community sophisticated NFT tooling - to help foster greater innovation in, and adoption of, the Polkadot project and Substrate development framework, and to help grow our influence as a cohesive and innovative community".
