TL:DR

The following proposal registers BNC native token (Bifrost on Kusama) as xcBNC on Moonriver as a batched transaction.

Summary

We propose to register BNC native token (Bifrost on Kusama) as xcBNC on Moonriver. The XC-20 has the following details:

• Multilocation: { "parents": 1, "interior": {"X2": [ { "Parachain": 2001 }, { "GeneralKey": "0x0001" }]}}
• Decimals: 12
• Name: xcBNC
• Symbol: xcBNC

The initial proposed fee, charged in unitsPerSecond is 35230000000000 - Calculated using the KSM/BNC price ratio.

Proposal

Proposal #15 with the following hash: 0x389689c01cc484fa3860ff93a138f0f283611243e1c6b80d3c49f25b129999fb

Technical details:

The procedure to register an asset on Moonriver is as follows:

• assetManager.registerAsset to register the asset with the information provided in the summary
• assetManager.setAssetUnitsPerSecond to set the amounts of tokens charged per second of execution of the XCM message
• system.setStorage to store a revert code in the asset's storage. This is so that smart contracts can interact with the XC-20 (through the EVM)

Once the proposal is enacted, xcBNC will live under asset ID 42109858202732255156900361585267092733. Consequently, the XC-20 address would be 0xFffFFFfF1FAE104Dc4C134306bCA8e2E1990aCfd
