Host DECODED Side Event - Lima (Costs & report)

Lima was the venue for the Polkadot Kusama LATAM Day 2021 (I appear as the main coordinator), where a strong community of developers from the Dotsama ecosystem was born, which has also been joined by the interest of organizations such as companies, universities or others. technological communities. Due to this, the need arose to carry out a Side Event to bring the main activities of DECODED closer and in a hybrid format (virtual and face-to-face) to the entire local community.

The funds of this Side Event (despite appearing in the main program) were not covered by the treasury. However, the will of the community allowed that if it could be executed under particular efforts.

Below I share the detail of the costs associated with the execution of the event, as well as a report showing the detail of the digital impact that was generated. Feel free to review and rate the work done.

This was possible under great coordination where the small contribution of various people to make all this possible takes on value, beyond the economic is the value of solidarity between technology communities.

NOTE: The allocation of funds for this activity will not affect the commitment to continue carrying out activities that continue to add positive effects to the network and its community, however it represents recognition and compensation for a great effort made for the benefit of the Dotsama ecosystem and its participants.
