To Zoe, for an excellent MC job at the Polkadot Foundations stage during Consensus by Coindesk conference in Austin, TX

This tip proposal goes out to Zoé Meckbach, Global Head Ambassador of Events for Polkadot, who recently moderated the Polkadot Foundations stage during Consensus by Coindesk conference in Austin, TX on June 11th 2022.

Overall the Polkadot stage during Consensus was a great success for the whole Polkadot ecosystem. The room was packed with over 200 people and many attendees came up to the speakers after their presentations. It was also a great experience to have Zoé moderating the stage. As a very active member and global head ambassador of Polkadot she gave special insights of the ecosystem and introduced each speaker on a personal note. Such an environment would have not been able to be created with an outside ecosystem moderator.

About Foundations stage:

Foundations is a program within Consensus designed to put the spotlight on thriving blockchain ecosystems. It’s a chance for protocols and projects to design a series of conference sessions specifically aimed at their community: which means developers and other technical contributors as well as the investors, customers and founders.

Foundations at Consensus was distributed in 2020 with over 20 projects and ecosystems involved.

Programme:

The foundation stage was a programme of 90 minutes and moderated by Zoé. It started with five ecosystem talks, 5 minutes each. A customized intro of each parachain project with ecosystem insights was moderated by Zoé.
