Translation of Substrate series documents into Chinese And polkapie.org

It is quite difficult for many developers to understand non-native language documents，and in fact majority of the developers will choose the documents in native language in under the circumstances that there are accurate documents in native language. Because the documents in Polkadot and Substrate are still not comprehensive，ZeroDAO plans to translate all documents in Polka into Chinese.And so far we have translated 141 article，including recipes，knowledgebase，all courses，ink! Smart contracts and also all comment of the codes，among which 76 articles have been complete translated. And we also have proofread and localized all documents and we finally integrated them into a community of enthusiasts: https://polkapie.org

We have done the following

1.translation

We have translated all the recipes, some tutorials, some knowledgebases, and ink! in the official documents into Chinese, including all necessary comments. In total, 76 documents are completely translated.

2. proofread and localization

Proofreading and localization of translated documents, including existing translations in crowdin. Also standardize the terminology related to blockchain, distributed systems, P2P, Rust, and Substrate itself.

3.extended documents

Optimizations for specific environments, such as setup for Windows and source replacement for rustup and cargo, extend the official documents in order to optimize the developer experience for Rust beginners and Windows environments.

Next step

1. improve translation and products

At present there are still problems with the Chinese documentation, which needs to be continuously optimized.

2. establish translation standards，and introduce cooperation

During the translation of the documents，we found the importance of consistent terminology. The development of Substrate involves many fields and establishing the translation standards including terminology standards and form standards is full of great importance of cooperative translation. Then we will introduce cooperative translation.

3. update official documents

After establishing stable version，we will use crowdin or github to update related documents of the ecosystem.

4. translate other documents

We will try to translate other documents in the ecosystem，including Api，polkadot.js and so on.

5. Establish hobbyist community

ZeroDAO's Contributions to Polkadot Documentation

Translation: ZeroDAO has translated 141 articles from Polkadot and Substrate into Chinese, including recipes, knowledgebase, courses, and code comments.
Proofreading and Localization: The translated documents were proofread and localized, ensuring consistency and standardizing terminology.
Extended Documents: Additional documentation was created to improve the developer experience, especially for Rust beginners and Windows users.
