Polkadot and Kusama Treasures are an asset to all token holders of both networks. To manage these resources, there is its own Governance formed by community members who apply for the Councils. It is these Councils, through their members, who decide where these investments will go.
In this lecture, given by Raul Romanutti at the last Polkadot Decoded meeting (May 20, 2021), essential points are exposed to understand the logic of resource distribution and how to apply to obtain them with projects and significant contributions to the development of the ecosystem.
During his exhibition, Romanutti presents new financing categories that will contribute to the development of the next phase in the Polkadot and Kusama networks, as well as guidelines for obtaining rewards and generating new proposals capable of approval by both Treasurys.
