I am proposing a tip for Dee from DotScanner.com to cover the costs of Oct 2021 in hosting the explorer (last one to cover Sept 2021 was proposed in Kusama). We are monitoring this on a monthly basis for now since the team is adding new features monthly that can increase the monthly cost of hosting - hence the monthly coverage for now.
The reason we decided with the team in opening a tip instead is solely due to the fact the amount is so small it does not make sense to go through a motion process to execute this.
