I am proposing a tip for DotScanner.com to cover the costs of Dec 2021 for hosting the explorer (last one to cover Nov 2021 was proposed on Kusama). We are monitoring this on a monthly basis for now since the team is adding new features monthly that increase the monthly cost of hosting - hence the monthly coverage for now.
The reason we decided with the team in opening a tip instead is solely due to the fact the amount is so small it does not make sense to go through a motion process to execute this.
The request is for 25.8 DOT at 26 USD.
Note: EMA avg price gap right now is quite large and would result in not enough to cover costs.
