The Stake Revolution

Interest in Stake has been widespread among non-technical users for some time. At the same time, there has not yet been a significant evolution in the interfaces that manage these portfolios to provide an easier way of understanding and use. This situation has been the subject of debates and solutions in the DotSama ecosystem, which was designed to prioritize decentralization above all.

The Problem

The consensus method used to delegate a validator (NPoS) allows the Nominator user to choose up to 24 Validators. If, on the one hand, there is greater freedom of indications, on the other hand, there is the problem of how to manage so many options.

The CryptoLab Solution

To resolve this impasse, the CryptoLab project was created, which received funds from the Kusama Treasury to carry out its Phase 1, which is already operational. The next planned phases are already being sent to raise funds at the Polkadot Treasury.

This separation is due to the characteristics of the project, which is being implemented to serve both networks. Even in its initial phase, CryptoLab already offers this option. Which is great news for everyone.

According to its makers, “Our goal is to make staking comprehensive for people who are not yet familiar with Blockchain, from basic writing to data representation. And for that, we are bringing these interfaces closer to what would be closer to an investment portfolio, where there are different strategies involving risk and return”.
