The v9230 runtime is based on the same release as the Polkadot/Kusama v9230 runtimes. Besides the XCM and core Substrate changes that happened between v9190 (off which the current v900 was based), v9230 most notably includes a renaming of classes and instances to collections and items in the Uniques pallet to be more aligned with industry standards. It also allows NFT collection owners to set a max number of items. Finally, this release updates the deposits required to create both fungible and non-fungible asset classes to 10 DOT.
