It also finds bad or old identities to keep things clean. The .id usernames would be a new, human-readable part of this system. This does not change .dot usernames or existing identities. People have to ask for a .id username.

The Bulletin System Parachain (ParaId 1010) was added to Polkadot. Its runtime is too large for a direct message, so a special whitelist and preimage method was used. Core 97 was reserved so the parachain can make blocks.

Two more cores (98 and 99) were reserved for the Polkadot People parachain (ParaId 1004). This was done in the same vote to save time.
