That's exactly correct, although it is not always the case that quicker onboarding means less privacy: 

1. This highly depends against what context do you use your alias account. With dynamic aliases, this is not an issue.
2. For full personhood (`people` collection) we will indeed keep onboarding size higher. There is a `self-include` method that a user may call sooner if they want to be onboarded faster
3. All in all, what I am suggesting with this change is that: lite-personhood is meant to facilitate a user being able to use the system, gain access to a minimal amount of allowances and resources, without friction, and its privacy is a best-effort aspect of it.

Another minor technical fix similar to https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1945. This overrides the onboarding size of the people-lite collection, identified by `0x706f703a706f6c6b61646f742e6e6574776f726b2f70656f706c652d6c697465` on Polkadot people-chain to 1. This will lead to a better user experience of a future deployment of Polkadot app.

The identifier can be double checked in https://dev.papi.how/storage/latest_Members_Collections_query#networkId=polkadot_people&endpoint=auto-rpc, identifying the collection owned by [pallet index 62, which is poeple-lite](https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes/blob/5574c0b6bda8c6b94c0885e122e5411cc1301fb1/system-parachains/people/people-polkadot/src/lib.rs#L878).
