Proposal for Metrika Blockchain Operational Intelligence Platform Services

With this proposal Metrika aims to bring its blockchain operational intelligence platform to the Kusama community to deliver:

• Alerts that provide key performance insights in the area of Validator Liveness and Participation
• Dashboards that visualise Validator Liveness Participation related metrics to enable troubleshooting.

End users will have access to these performance insights by creating an account on the Metrika Platform, which will allow them to subscribe to/configure alerts and view related dashboards that provide context into the historical liveness of validators on the Kusama Network.

Metrika envisions to leverage the underlying infrastructure to gain experience on the Kusama network and expand on other performance and reliability focus areas in the presence of multiple parachains.

Our goal is to deliver actionable insights in a proactive manner and contribute to the improvement of the individual (validator-specific) KPIs and by extension to the health and performance of the network.
