Proposal for hosting Polkadot Track in Lumos Lab's BUIDL for Web3.0 Global Hackathon 2023

Lumos Labs has been dedicated to driving developer engagement in the Web3 space for the past three years. With over 50 successful programs executed for top projects like Polkadot, NEAR, Hedera Hashgraph, Polygon, and more, we have deployed over $10 million in grants to support builders.

Last year, we launched our flagship multichain hackathon, BUIDL for Web3, which saw incredible participation from over** 7500 developers**. We are thrilled to announce the 2023 edition of the hackathon and are excited to propose a dedicated** Polkadot track **this time around.
