New in YieldBay: 2 big new things and 1 coming soon

Hey everyone–

I’m Batman, CEO here at YieldBay, the yield farming hub of Polkadot.
Today, I want to share with you what we’ve been working on for the last few months and what our plans for the future look like.

Our focus at YieldBay from day 1 has been to reduce the barriers to entry for newcomers in the Polkadot ecosystem.

Our first treasury proposal (Motion #262) started with the vision for a listing platform for yield farms.

The goal: To make it easier for users to find yield farms within the dotsama ecosystem.

Our second proposal (Motion #355) built further on that vision to create the one-stop dashboard for monitoring and managing yield farms from one central location.

With that said, here's what we have to share with you.

Big thing #1: YieldBay's Dashboard for yield farm position management

Today, I’m excited to announce the completion of Milestone 1 of our second proposal and release of the YieldBay Dashboard to the public.

This means that you can now monitor and manage your yield farming positions across Polkadot parachains and their apps within one central dashboard.

Big thing #2: Cross-Chain Auto Compounding

1-Click to automate the tedious process of periodically claiming and reinvesting your MangataX Liquidity Pool rewards.

Here’s the first Cross-chain Auto compounder in the Polkadot ecosystem that uses the magic of Oak’s on-chain automation in the background.

You only ever need to come back to check how much your position has grown.

This is the first use-case of XCM that's not just a token transfer.

What’s coming?

We’re making final lap improvements for Milestones 2 and 3 of our second proposal.

We expect to release the updates within this month.

The upcoming release would let users add liquidity to yield farms directly from YieldBay, eliminating the time-consuming need to jump from platform to platform.

We plan to submit the reimbursement proposal for Milestones 2 and 3 of the second proposal after this release (as stated in the Payment Details section of the proposal).

Since our proposal was initially executed by the council and the payment for Milestones 2 and 3 are due, we want to gather feedback directly from you, the voters, before making an on-chain reimbursement proposal.
