Substrate training program in 15 Universities in China

1. Overview

Hello,everyone, I'm Chao Du from ByteLink Technology,and also a Polkadot Ambassador(Potential).

Recently, I am working with 8BTC,and we plan to orgnaize a large-scale technical training in Colleges and universities in China.we will mainly cooperate with the schools to popularize the knowledge of blockchain, orgnaize technical training(especially Substrate), and help enterprises to recruit developers.

A few days ago, I have taken part in organizing of two offline activities in Shanghai and Nanjing for Polkadot, and both achieved good results. I also helped ecological projects to contact a lot of cooperations and activities.

I think it's time both for Polkadot ecology and blockchain in China's current development stage to do something valuable, such as do a good job in propaganda and education in Colleges and universities;

I and 8BTC plan to hold 30 to 40 offline activities in 15 colleges and universities in five cities, the number of participants is expected to reach 3000-6000.And finally,we will screen out who understand technology and want to join the blockchain industry.

In addition, we are also communicating with BSN, imToken, Cosmos, PlatON etc., and they all have the willingness to cooperate.

5. Curriculum design

5.1 Elementary course

• What is blockchain, bitcoin?
• Development history of blockchain
• Why school district block chain is necessary? Which industries will be affected?
• Internet development and career choice

5.2 Intermediate course

• Alliance chain：Hyperledger, Fisco, BSN, Ant BaaS
• Public chain：Ethereum, Substrate
