Background
The story-gameplay (also known as Script-Murder) is becoming popular in recent years. Based on story, the player act as one of the story roles, and interact with others to achieve the goal from the first perspective. It is characterized by the strong immersion, content-based, social networking attributes, etc.
To bring unprecedented gaming and co-creation experiences to Polkadot ecosystem, we made this proposal. The users could experience the joy of story-gameplay, the reward of content co-creation, the efficiency of AIGC creation and the potential airdrops of Story NFTs. Players can join the co-creation procedure of the story contents.
Furthermore, with AIGC tools, the creators will generate the story contents without any entry barrier. The commercialization of this story contents into 3D scene story-gameplay, the players and co-creators will be more profitable and have better participation.
In the future, we would like to incubate some hot 3D scene story-gameplays based on our UGC editor co-creation platform. These games will be so popular that they need to have their own chain based on the parachains. Therefore, with parachains mechanism, the gaming and NFT assets in these games can be efficiently transferred to our original platform and the main chain of FindTruman.

Our team starts story-gameplay Web2 project from 2017 and became one of the TOP brands in this category. We have accumulated 30 million Web2 online users, nearly 100 offline studios which can give story-gameplay offline play service to customers in different cities.

The story-gameplay uses GAME as the carrier and allows users to obtain CONTENT by acting as the story role from the first perspective. This experience will bring a strong sense of immersion to players to experience different lives. The story-gameplay, integrating “CONTENT”, “Games”, “IP”, “Social networking”, is deeply favored by Gen Z. Currently, the story-gameplay is the Social King of Gen Z. For the current issues like the profit distribution problem, the piracy problem… We found that the blockchain technology is very suitable to solve these current issues in Web2 story-gameplay industry. With blockchain technology, we further clarify the rights-and-interests and incentive mechanism to make the creators and players more profitable, which can give an explosive growth to produce high-quality contents and forms a positive cycle.
2.Problem statement
The story-gameplay has its own ecosystem roles, including creator, publisher, service provider, player, etc. With the rapid growing, this industry encounters several issues which need to be solved urgently, for example: · The piracy is rampant, Pirate versions reach 50% of total sales, which will affect the content quality. · The story price cannot be correlated with actual popularity. · The creators only get a small part of the story selling. · The players have no way to be profitable. · The creation efficiency is low, which will affect the content quantity. The creators usually spend 2 months for text content alone, and need to find illustrators to draw story covers, character portraits, etc. Then, the contents will be handed over to publishers for sales.
These issues limit the development of the whole industry. We believe that the content creators and players need to receive more incentives in the whole economic system as they contribute their innovative ideas and active participation to the whole system. Moreover, we believe that not only professional creators, but also ordinary users can create their favorite contents to make the whole industry prosper. We found that the Web3 and AIGC technology is very suitable to solve the problem and can give an explosive growth to produce high-quality AI contents without any entry barriers. This is the main motivation of our team to build this project.
3. Proposal objective(s) or solution(s)
Our vision is to create a STEAM-like story-gameplay co-creation platform with Web3 and AIGC technology. To solve the current issues in story-gameplay industry (the copyright problems, the creation efficiency problems, etc.), we designed the FindTruman platform. Based on the co-creation economic system we designed, the rights-and-interests and the incentive mechanism of story-gameplay could be clarified. For creators, their income is directly correlated to the story’s popularity. For players, they could hold the Story NFT which will make them profitable. Moreover, with our AIGC engine, all participants could easily generate story cover images, clue cards and more contents without any creation barriers. It will greatly enhance their creation efficiency.
We design our FindTruman platform containing UGC Editor platform and Story-gameplay platform. The details are as following：
3.1 UGC(User-Generated Content) Editor Platform
The UGC Editor platform is a multi-chain co-creation platform. With our designed multi-chain mechanism, the creators will freely publish the stories to corresponding blockchain according to the communities they want to attract. It can attract more participants, expand the audience, and strengthen the fluidity of the Story NFT and story content of the platform.
1) Story content on chain The creators can freely create their stories and update the stories according to the feedbacks. Moreover, they can also invite the players to decide the plot development. All the story contents and story updates will be recorded on the chain the creators selected.
2) Issue Story NFT The creator could issue Story-NFT on the corresponding chain according to the communities they want to attract. Story NFT holders will be deeply bound with this story, enjoy the whole plots, and obtain future rewards from the Story NFT. For creators, their income will directly be linked to the story popularity which will incentivize the production of higher quality content.
3) Co-creation with Story-NFT The creators could invite the story NFT holders to decide the plot development by voting. Moreover, the creators could set the co-creation tasks, like creation of the cover image and role images, translation of the story into different languages, design of clue cards, 3D construction, etc., and incentivize others with story NFT to join the co-creation procedure together. By this way, the community with good adhesion can be created.
4) AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) tools With AI technology, our platform will assist the creators to expand the inspiration of story creation, automatically improve the story logic and polish the story, intelligently generate story covers and illustrations. It will not only improve content creation efficiency, but also lower the threshold for content creation, which will empower more users to quickly create high-quality contents with AIGC technologies.
At the end of this procedure, the story will have a high-quality content or IP with their first fans. The UGC editor platform is aimed to improve the creation efficiency. For example, creators usually spend 2 months for text content if he/she does the creation work alone. With this platform, the creators could co-create the story contents through community cooperation and will only take 2 weeks to finish the story contents.
3.2 Story-gameplay platform
1) Construct 3D story-gameplay For the completed stories on UGC Editor platform, the users or community fans could build the related 3D scenes by dragging and dropping on the page, just like Decentraland, Sandbox, etc. Then, the 3D story-gameplay will be released on the story-gameplay platform for public to experience.
2) Enjoy the unprecedented gaming experience For Web2 and Web3 players, they will pay the tickets to be immersed in 3D story-gameplays. In the story-gameplays, the players need to act as one of the story roles and interact with other players to unlock the hidden clues. Finally, they will make reasoning to reveal the truth. The story-gameplay combines the strong sense of immersion, various story contents, thrilling reasoning experience and social networking. It will bring the players unprecedented gaming experience.
3) Obtain incentives Players need to pay for the tickets of story-gameplay, and they could get further rewards if they have an excellent performance. The ticket sales of story-gameplay will be shared to its Story NFT holders and other contributors.
2) We will build the story-gameplay content with the theme of Polkadot to attract more creators and players to participate in the co-creation procedure, which will have a better promotion effect of Polkadot. We will make promotions to make more players come to enjoy our story-gameplay on Polkadot.
3) We will provide the customized AI tool for all communities to uses. For communities, they just upload their style images according to their own needs. Then, our tool will generate exclusive AIGC models for them, and will help to the promotion of various community activities. It will help the development of other communities in Aleo ecosystem.
4) The development codes, including frontend, backend, smart contract of our UGC Editor Platform on Polkadot will be open source. Moreover, aiming to making Polkadot accessible and approachable to more developers around the world, we will open the customized discussion zone on our community, and communicate and gather suggestions from other global developers, and encourage more developers to participate in the platform.
