Dear Polkadot Community,

I am reaching out on behalf of the Amphi team, creators of the world's first global service network for minority languages. Our mission is to establish Web3 standards for lesser-known languages and provide multilingual services from countries such as Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and more. In conjunction with our community proposal, we hope to initiate a collaborative discussion within the Polkadot community to advance our global operations plan, commencing with Thailand.

Introduction to Amphi:

Amphi is the pioneering global service network for minority languages, committed to setting Web3 standards for these languages. Utilizing advanced AI technology, we offer efficient translation and localization services for global enterprises, covering a multitude of languages from Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and beyond. Our core competitive advantages lie in global language coverage, a professional local market promotion team, and efficient proofreading services for minority languages.

Community Proposal and Global Operations:

Our plan is to kickstart global operations in East Asian countries, starting with Thailand. Through collaboration with the Polkadot community, we aim to focus on the following areas:

Community Co-creation: Partnering with the Polkadot community to establish a multilingual community platform that facilitates communication and collaboration.

Online Events: Planning vibrant online events to introduce Amphi's services while deeply understanding the community's needs and feedback.

Local Support: Leveraging Amphi's local market promotion team to ensure our services are well-recognized and accepted in the local market.

Technological Integration: Combining the strengths of Polkadot's technology, we will strive to drive the standardization and development of minority languages within the Web3 ecosystem.

The Significance of Localization:

In today's globalized world, localization is not just a linguistic task; it is a strategic imperative. It involves adapting content to resonate with local cultures, norms, and preferences. We understand the critical role of localization in breaking down communication barriers and fostering meaningful connections.

Why Localization Matters:

Cultural Sensitivity: Localization ensures that content aligns with the cultural nuances of the target audience, promoting a deeper understanding and acceptance.

Market Relevance: Tailoring services to the local market increases relevance and resonance, enhancing the likelihood of successful engagement.

User Experience: Providing content in the user's native language enhances the overall experience, fostering trust and loyalty.

Global Expansion: For businesses eyeing global expansion, localization is the key to tapping into new markets and establishing a strong international presence.

Through collaboration with the Polkadot community, we aspire not only to showcase our capabilities but also to invite your valued input and insights. We sincerely hope that you see the potential in our proposal to contribute to the global ecosystem for minority languages.

Thank you for your attention and support.
