Campaign overview:

The goal of this campaign is to ensure that all important posts from the Polkadot account or community reach all of crypto Twitter.

We use third-party validation from the news source and amplify its reach with KOLs to give it even more credibility and visibility, aiming to get people talking about it organically.

We will be collaborating with 50+ of the leading KOLs on X regularly to amplify relevant news that we want to highlight and generate extra reach for.

 

Campaign output:

Estimated high impact reach: around 800,000+ impressions for valuable posts based on initial campaign data for the amplification campaigns.

Post started with 5k impressions, then we got 10 DeFi researcher/KOLs to create repost/quoted repost about the post then it got 65k impressions.

The post started at 85k impressions and we got 20 DeFi researchers/KOLs to create reposts/quoted reposts about the post and got 165k impressions.

Campaign details:

The main focus of this campaign is to highlight all key posts and news coming out of the Polkadot ecosystem with the help of KOLs, aiming to get people talking about Polkadot organically.

We have a list of 50 leading web3 KOLs ready to amplify the latest news by reposting or quote posting on all the posts on X.

The reposts will be carefully chosen by the Lunar Strategy team and the Polkadot community, along with carefully written guidelines for all quote reposts.

Duration: The campaign will run for 30 days.

 

Why should we fund this project right now?

There is a time to build and a time to promote; now it's time to promote. The market sentiment has shifted, and multiple L1 treasuries are deploying capital into the growth and education of new users about actual use cases, including examples of projects building.

They are doing this very effectively with organized campaigns around narratives like "DeFi summer on Solana," etc., which tell a strong story and help onboard new users, establishing more credibility.

Polkadot is one of the strongest ecosystems in the space, and we have been building in the bear market; now it's time to act and promote what we've built. Share the implementation plan Organizing and managing all collaborations & communications with Influencers. Creating a collaboration brief which outlines the content we want the Influencers to create in order to manage expectations and so we can run with the narrative we want to push in our collaborations.

 

For schedule we will schedule all the collaborations over 30 days in order to capitalize on the hype and once done create a report on the results from our collaborations.

Deliverables:

  1. Promotional Guidelines PDF: This PDF contains guidelines and details about the promotion or campaign for the influencers.
  2. Influencer Strategy PDF: This PDF outlines the influencer marketing strategy, including the objectives/goals, target personas, core message, and budget.
  3. Result Report PDF: This monthly report PDF includes all the key performance indicators (KPIs) and results related to the influencer marketing campaign.
  4. Influencer Communication: This involves managing the communication, negotiations, and general handling of influencer interactions.

 

Budget breakdown:

  • $50,000 budget to be paid to KOLs
  • $10,000 budget for tier one media publishing
  • $12.000 Lunar agency fee
