Summary

Glazescape, a non-profit organization dedicated to organizing high-quality, community-driven events, is seeking funding from the Polkadot Treasury to secure an Aligned tier sponsorship at the ProtoLayers Conference 2024. The conference, focusing on modular blockchain technology, will be held as a side event to ETHPrague on May 30, 2024. The sponsorship will enable Polkadot to showcase its modular architecture, engage with the technical community, and attract new projects and developers to its ecosystem.

Note: We are currently discussing W3F / Parity participation on this event in terms of speaking slot to present Polkadot’s unique modular approach

Budget

The total budget requested for the sponsorship is $15,455, which includes:

• Aligned sponsorship package
• Polkadot t-shirts and stickers
• 10% buffer for price fluctuations
