Lunar Strategy has now, via the marketing bounty, supported the Polkadot ecosystem with KOL, community proposals and PR campaigns for the last 3 months. We have reached over 9M people in total and collaborated with 40+ creators.
We have weekly calls with the curators and agencies where we discuss focus areas, reports & various ways how we can expand the DOT ecosystem with marketing activities.
We have so far had a strong focus on narratives and the main campaign focus that we have had so far:
We have collaborated with Distractive and ten projects within the ecosystem to create content and position Polkadot as the optimal chain within: AI, DePIN, RWA primarily where we are the strongest but also in DeFi with the new hydration campaigns.
We are working to simplify the narrative and make it easier to understand. As a marketing agency, we have built a network of closer to 1,000 creators and have for these campaigns hand-picked some of the top creators that are crypto native. We evaluate KOLs based on various factors like what influential people that follow them, content & coverage style and various other factors.
For some creators that did just deliver according to the terms without going the extra mile for the DOT ecosystem we have decided to end some of the collaborations and double down on the creators that fully embrace DOT and the broader ecosystem. We are working to build long-term partnerships with these influential KOLs so that they can also support business development opportunities and bring new projects and communities into DOT.
