Dear members of the Polkadot community,

As our community continues to grow and engage actively, it is essential to establish official communication channels, both internally and externally. While not strictly necessary, this proposal can be viewed as a mere formality to officialize and decentralize the existing information and communication channels that were created previously by a centralized entity.

This proposal seeks the community's approval to officially recognize the following communication channels:

Additionally, I would like to propose the creation of an official Telegram group, as it is the most widely used messaging platform among the Polkadot community and within the broader crypto communities.

Clarity and Transparency: Officializing these channels will ensure that community members know where to find reliable and official information regarding Polkadot.

Community Cohesion: Establishing official channels will foster a sense of unity and belonging among members, facilitating more constructive discussions.

Strengthening Governance: This approval would represent a significant step towards a more inclusive and decentralized governance structure, in line with the principles that define Polkadot.

Proper Management: Following the formalization of these official channels, it would be prudent for the community to vote again on the administrators of these channels, including potential moderators and content creators, to ensure competent and dedicated management.

Furthermore, and not less important, it would be beneficial for the community to recognize all proposals created on Subsquare and Polkassembly as official documents. This recognition would enhance transparency and accessibility to vital information for all community members.

I am excited to see the community come together to officialize our communication channels, recognizing them as official through a collective vote.
