Treasury Proposal - Gamer Streaming Retroactive Reinbursement

Hello everyone! I am a live-streamer & content creator that has been doing this as a job for about 2 years now, and back in March of this year I started advertising Polkadot by having a giant neon sign of the logo and name in my background and talking about it periodically during my live-stream sessions every day. I reach out to a unique audience with over 70% of my viewership being people aged under 34.

I eventually made my first proposal through Mister Cole which passed almost unanimously as can be seen here — https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/721

After this, I began getting paid by a group called Evox which was funded through the treasury, but they have fallen out recently as my manager doesn't work there anymore and I have received little/vague responses from the new boss I was directed to speak to for well over a month.

Since not getting paid in July, I have generated over 10+ million views for Polkadot combined through my short videos + live-stream viewership and I want to be able to work with Polkadot for the foreseeable future as I personally believe in the project, but believe I should receive compensation for the effort I have put in over this time-frame and proceed to make a proposal once every ~6 months after this, to keep it concise and clean.

** MY STATISTICS **

over 175K+ followers on TikTok

over 10K+ followers on Twitch/Youtube

around ~3-4M views monthly, depending on the amount streamed.

over 50M+ views combined in the last year.

70% of viewership aged 18-34

** MY PROPOSAL **

Generated ~12,600,000 views from July 10th — October 24th, 2024 (took a break the past 2 weeks, grandmother died)

This includes:

— 7,600,000 Short video views (with the polkadot logo in the background)

— 4,900,000 Live-stream views (talking about Polkadot during streams, and logo in the background)

— 100,000 additional views (from Twitch/Youtube)

I propose $24,000 , as that would be slightly adjusted down to what I was getting paid previously relative to the amount of views.
