Sound notifications are a very powerful branding and marketing tool which gives a service or brand a distinctive touch. Sound clips, jingles or audio notifications are deeply rooted in our daily lifes and subliminal advertise and promote the products and services we use such as private messaging apps, email clients, and business communication tools. But these audio notifications are not limited to modern applications that come along with our smart phone or computer. Church bells, ambulance, and your washing machine use sound to their advantage making the listeners their “audio slave”. It’s impossible to consciously avoid listening to something except when using head phones for example. Hence, why not develope jingles for Kusama (and Polkadot) and be the first blockchain out there to have a unique and recognizable jingle!
Not really a problem solving proposal, but nice to have since sooner or later other blockchains will have it and then Kusama/Polkadot will follow suit.
Exodus wallet does have an “asset transfer” jingle which is not really a unique sound clip, but a copy of a bunch of coins dropping into a wallet.
I can look for a sound designer or studio which develops jingles and ask for a quote and publish the proposal based on that offer
Looking for a hobby or pro sound designer within the community, get a quote and publish the proposal based on that offer
Looking for hobby or pro sound designer within Parity, W3F or the parachains, get a quote and publish the proposal based on that offer
Development of 3x Kusama and 3x Polkadot jingles from which the community can chose which one is going to be the final one and from then on it should be used for all Kusama/Polkadot compatible wallets.
Intellectual property of these jingles must be transferred to Parity and a legal document must be written and signed by both parties that confirms officially ownership of these jingles!
The legal team of Parity should be involved in this process.
Assigning the job to chosen individual or party
(maybe a briefing on requirements or expectations on how the jingle should sound like for Kusama & Polkadot - maybe it should be the same for both?)

Community likes jingle samples, choses one of them, finally approves it to
become the “proof of sound” for Kusama and Polkadot and from then on it becomes a standard feature in all Kusama/Polkadot supported wallet and we can here a distinctive sound whenever we receive assets to our wallet.
