I have the idea for a new marketing concept. The "spammening" has demonstrated that Polkadot has more resources than expected. It is thanks to the "spammening" that I came up with the idea for a marketing concept using a resource from Polkadot that will not be exploited initially.

"JAM" is a new product from Polkadot; Polkadot will sell usage time, which is extremely abundant, and for me, it is an untapped marketing resource.

I propose to anticipate the launch of "JAM" and create types of "smart contracts" containing usage time or DOT that will serve only to offer a significant period of usage time for projects wanting to test Polkadot, new projects, or projects wanting to migrate.

Thus, if we anticipate a marketing maneuver to celebrate and promote "JAM" at its launch by distributing a portion of the extremely abundant usage time to projects already live on other blockchains or new projects wanting to test before paying.
