3 years ago, we pursued the dream that blockchain and Web3 could be the ultimate lever to help us reach our brand ambitions: building the leading support-to-earn mobile esports application. We wanted to take fan relationships to the next level and blockchain appears to us as the best asset to bring this project to life.

Today, we have the world leading and more sustainable fan engagement application powered by Web3 with more than 100K downloads, 75K accounts created, 35K wallets connected, 100K NFTs dropped, 8K peak monthly active users and 4,5K peak on-chain monthly users with a recent monthly peak at 10K.

It’s above all a community success and we are proud to claim we are the first successful collaboration between Web3 and esports. No backlash, crazy results, new milestones and an on-going project stronger than ever 2 years after its launch.

As per below, we also managed to build dedicated creative Web3 operations to drive users toward blockchain, generating a significant level of unique users and interactions - initiatives we could easily replicate at higher scale to ensure sustainable activity on Polkadot blockchain.

Additional examples of relevant Web3 dedicated operations :

  • An exclusive giveaway where fans had to list, burn or sell a Vitality NFT on the secondary market to be eligible.
  • The launch of a dedicated wheel to spin during a specific CS2 Major event - fans had to pay a gas fee in order to spin the wheel and win rewards.
  • The development of a specific IA game where fans could interact with ZywOo - depending on their level of knowledge toward our player, they were winning a specific NFT. They had to mint their reward in order to enter a skin giveaway.

We followed an educational and step-by-step process, showing the value of blockchain to our fans, from building dedicated educational blockchain contents to specific Web3 dedicated master class. We leveraged the obvious cross of audiences and interest between esports and Web3 and converted our fans into sustainable blockchain users.

    • The integration / bridge within V.Hive of at least one other Polkadot initiative (1 NFT development, Specific quests to drive attractiveness ….).

  • Stand alone operation to foster acquisition & retention:

In addition to always-on brand exposure and visibility, Polkadot community will also access complementary set of assets including :

  • Access to some of the best players in the world on iconic games such as ZywOo on Counter Strike 2, Sayf on Valorant, Zen on Rocket League, Vivian on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang or Maru on Starcraft 2 to create contents, attend events and ultimately become our best Partnership ambassadors.

This Partnership will also be built to highlight and showcase your ecosystem, your projects, your value, with the ultimate purpose to generate new adopters and long-term users of Polkadot blockchain. We strongly believe value comes from bridges and through the sharing of expertise and projects.

Our Partnership playground will first be a Lab. A lab to test, try, share and promote initiatives from the Polkadot ecosystem. Our players can become the first beta-testers & final ambassadors of new projects and games developed on the Polkadot ecosystem (e.g. Mythic games).     • The promotion of at least 2 Polkadot initiatives by Vitality and/or its players (dedicated Twitch streams, Media campaigns, cross-contents …).
  • Integrate Polkadot at the maximum level within Vitality ecosystem:
    • DOT to become a payment method within our e-shop after 6 months (implementation process).
    • A dedicated merchandise initiative with a specific Web3 mechanism (on-chain design vote, NFT twin …).
    • NFT Players cards development (exact development to be fine-tuned with Polkadot, launch not before end of 2025).

Trimester Report with Polkadot management:

Each Trimester, we will run a Steering Committee with Vitality and Polkadot top management to review the past 3 months results/operations and discuss short-term future topics, setting-up next KPIs and objectives.

Semester reporting on the forum:

Each semester, we will provide a complete and 360° report of the past 6 months and the projection over the next 6 months. This document will provide detailed numbers reporting.

Stand-Alone on the forum:

Recurring surveys toward Polkadot management & the community to get feedback on the partnership, its roll-out and the potential new requests.

Always-on reporting for management:
