Having been in the NFT space for over two years, I’ve seen firsthand how entire ecosystems gained massive adoption simply by providing a home for digital artists and NFT creators. Ethereum did it. Tezos did it. More recently, Avax did too.
NFTs didn’t just fuel sales; they introduced thousands of traditional artists and designers to Web3, making them active participants in the blockchain space. And I believe many of these artists are still out there, searching for new ecosystems to explore.
Polkadot can be that home. Platforms like Kodadot have already made it easy for artists to mint and sell their works on Polkadot. But for real growth, the community and holders need to take the next step—actively supporting artists by collecting and promoting their work. A thriving art ecosystem attracts creators, creators bring innovation, and innovation fuels adoption.
What do you think? Can NFTs be a major driver for Polkadot’s adoption?
