1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Persian Empire Protocol (PE-P) is an AI-native music infrastructure layer developed to standardize the registration, governance, and monetization of AI-generated creative assets. Leveraging Polkadot’s Asset Hub, we aim to solve the industry-wide problem of metadata censorship and revenue opacity in the traditional Web2 music distribution model.
Our organization operates an active catalog with 6 artists and 30+ audiovisual 5+Albums works. In 2026, we are launching Persian Empire, a division dedicated 100% to AI-generated artists, using Polkadot as the backbone for decentralized authorship and distribution.
2. THE PROBLEM: WEB2 FRAGILITY
Traditional music structures (Distributors and DSPs) are currently sabotaging AI-native creators by:
• Arbitrary De-platforming: Lack of clear standards for AI content ownership.
• Liquidity Bottlenecks: Payment cycles of 60-90 days that hinder creative scaling.
• Centralized Metadata: No immutable link between AI prompts/seeds and the final audio master.
3. PROPOSED SOLUTION: PE-P ON POLKADOT
We are integrating Polkadot’s specialized blockchain architecture to provide:
• Verifiable Provenance: Using Asset Hub to timestamp and register AI-native metadata (CID/IPFS).
• On-Chain Governance: Adapting OpenGov principles to manage creative catalogs and royalty distributions.
• Massive User Onboarding: Converting a high-volume Web2 audience (Regional & Urban music) into active Web3 users through "Invisible Web3" integration.

• Release of the first 100% AI-managed catalog (10 tracks + 10 visual works).
• Deployment of creative assets with on-chain metadata logs.
• Milestone 3: Ecosystem Growth & Onboarding ($3,000 USD)
• Marketing campaign targeting Web2 users to create Polkadot-native IDs.
• Open-source documentation for other labels to migrate to Polkadot.
5. STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT
This project provides Polkadot with a high-impact, real-world use case for AI and Media. We are not just creating music; we are creating a decentralized blueprint for the next generation of creative economies, ensuring that the "Persian Empire" and future labels operate outside the reach of centralized censorship.
