Staking.... A newbie

Hello... Very new to all of this and was hoping for some advice with regards to staking 300 DOTs

Once staked, so to speak, how much notice, if any, do i need to give before unstaking?

Also....

Is there a minimum ammount of DOTs that have to be staked?
