kusama stakeholders 1% dot supply incentive

Good day all,

I joined kusama after thorough research and hope one day it will be a leader in block chain technology.
I want to ask people how can we proceed forward regarding plan for getting 1% dot supply incentive for ksm holders.
We just need plan when it might happen and we should think about using that to make kusama reach wider audience.
