Improving the accessibility of this technology

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to discuss this but it seems filled with people that will be able to give me a good answer.

There is rightly alot of focus on security with this technology, but as someone who barely understands any of it I personally find it terrifying moving money around all of these wallets, there is alot of focus on validating the user and making sure the owner of the wallet is the one processing the transaction but I never have alot of confidence in where the money is actually being sent.

In the past with my normal bank account I've sent money to someone and the money has come back because I used the wrong sort code. For reasons I don't understand the transactions with blockchains are irreversible but maybe they could somehow get invalidated before they get sent like for example if you got your passcode wrong on your phone to confirm a transaction. This a great security measure but still only pertains to the wallet holder and not where the money is being sent.

I think splitting up the wallet address or adding an additional key that needs to match up, would give people more confidence the money is being sent to the right address and would make this technology more accessible to people who don't have a confident grasp of the process.

I found the numbers 12, 15 at the beginning relating to the networks very helpful so maybe what I'm proposing in some way already exists, it's honestly hard to propose anything when I understand so little I mainly just wanted outline some of the stumbling blocks I've faced, I hope what I've said is intelligible and what I've asked isn't impossible.

Thanks:)
