Target Audience
My target audience is developers and crypto asset followers in Turkey. There are
approximately 150,000 people in my own social networks alone.

Objectives

Continually creating a wave with educational content. To make Polkadot ecosystem
one of the most talked about protocols in Turkey.

Why this project
Because Polkadot has a very hardworking, disciplined ecosystem. They give a lot of support
to education. There are too many students and developers in Turkey. It will be an
important business that brings both sides together.

What will you do
By using the design-based research method, the education curriculum, which
includes articles, conferences and social media posts, will be applied to the target
audience.

How will you do it
While conducting the study, the design-based research method will be used and it is
stated below what will be done in the study under the relevant headings.

Needs Analysis Phase: Design-based research method will be applied in the
research. In the first stage of the needs analysis, a literature review will be made. In
the literature review, the last 5 years' publications about blockchain from Web of
Science, ERIC and ULAKBİM databases will be reached. In the publications, the
problems encountered in the blockchain development process, the interventions on
these problems and the solution proposals will be analyzed conceptually. As a result
of this analysis, the favorite aspects and difficulties in the current education models
will be examined. After the review, the scope of the contents to be used in the
training curriculum will be determined. In the determination, the literature review
will be made and the blockchain projects on Rust and Solidity
programming languages will be used.
Design Phase: During the design phase, a draft curriculum will be developed
considering the themes in the needs analysis. The roadmap of the curriculum will be
announced to the target audience on Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube via the medium
article. As a result of the feedback about the draft curriculum, the main curriculum
will be created.
Development Phase: After the curriculum has been implemented with a few
medium articles, the curriculum will be expanded by reconsidering the type of
content, dimensions, media hosting, together with the feedback from the target
audience. Questions from conferences will be included in this development.
Implementation Phase: In the application, the content will reach large masses
through social media. Conferences will be accelerated.
Evaluation Phase: The articles and conferences prepared during the evaluation
phase will be examined in terms of impact and the scientific evidence generation phase will be started. The strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum will be
evaluated by looking at which content and how much users access. These outputs
will be submitted to Web3 Foundation as a report and will also be used for subsequent training
programmes.

Key Assumptions
Basically, it would be a success for me to see people on the net producing
something with Polkadot and being motivated about the future of blockchain.

Project Roadmap after the fellowship
Scientific evidence reports generated by the project will be submitted to Polkadot and
made available to trainers who wish to organize a new training.
