Inclusion of Bifrost Products & Solutions in Marketing Narratives

This proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark with event:

Inclusion of Bifrost's products in marketing narratives funded by Polkadot Bounty #33 - Marketing Bounty, namely: 1. Bifrost: The Liquid Staking Standard for Any Chain. Secured by Polkadot 2. SLP: Liquid Staking Protocol leveraging Polkadot SDK and decentralized validators-collators through Bifrost OpenGov. 3. Omni LS: The omnichain Liquid Staking Hub, based on SLPx the extension Liquid Staking pallet leveraging XCM calls. 4. Loop Stake: The leverage LST pallet for the Polkadot ecosystem.

Bifrost is the leading LST protocol on both Polkadot and Kusama with vDOT and vKSM. vDOT use cases:

vDOT retaining voting rights in OpenGov. Only LST having the feature.
vDOT as collateral for Interlay's iBTC vaults

These referendums indicate that continued guaranteed inclusion in marketing narratives require specific approval through OpenGov.
