P.S. This is outside the scope of fellowship activities - and was completed during personal time, as a pressing requirement for HAs to get started

- A GitHub pull request (#10838) was made to create a Head Ambassador page for PolkadotJS/Apps.
- The page allows for member listing and referenda voting.
- The work was done quickly in response to an initial issue request (#10829).

- Two images were provided to illustrate the work.
