The Dolpha team has un-noted their preimage and [issued a public statement](https://x.com/TheDolpha/status/1733237071614029896?s=20) that they're retracting their proposal.

Referendum 341 remains highly in favour with 16DG's support and given the potential risk that anyone can resubmit the preimage I am requesting support to officially cancel the referendum.
