As a result of the removal of the \`SudoBalances\` proxy type from the runtime, a proxy was rendered undecodable before it was able to be migrated. This proposal cleans up the related storage entry, with more information about this issue avaliable [here](https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes/issues/145).

A seperate referendum is already up for voting by the Fellowship to [whitelist this proposal's hash](https://collectives.subsquare.io/fellowship/referenda/68).
