This is a referendum to upgrade the system to the [v1.1.2 Fellowship release](https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes/releases/tag/v1.1.2).

It also includes updating the minimum balance of sufficient assets on Asset Hub to maintain their ratio to the existential deposit (following cancellation of [428](https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/428)).

Enactment is set for block 19,551,000, which should happen on Monday 19 Feb.
