This is a tip request for @OnlyDeFiGuy for his expert report on HydraDX's referendum #561.
Please find his post here, and the attached report here. I found the report informative and unbiased, explaining the proposal in both its pros and cons. There was some controversy on X, but in my opinion the discussion that happened as a result of it is also valuable.
Tip request is 42 DOT, roughly $375 at today's rate ($8.94) and EMA7/EMA30 ($8.78/$9.1), a symbolic compensation for his efforts. I believe that we should encourage expert reports on proposals.
