The issue at hand was that some individuals did not have enough time to attend to curator duties. We have proposed an organisational structure to make the curator set more lean and efficient for the purpose of executing with haste. 

The reason this unfortunate series of events is rolling out in such a manner is due to keeping the bounty operational, without waiting up to 2 months to establish a new bounty.

I can also confirm that all individuals on the multi-sig have a set identity now. 

The purpose of this referendum is to remove Zoe, Hutch and Mark which are refusing to remove themselves from the events bounty
