This is an Huge AYE for Albert. We see no better candidate for the position in all our community.


Aren't you a member of various bounties that already encompass the activities that you're trying to do? Why do you need an additional HA salary? You're getting paid for your activities from those bounties already.

Albert has a proven track record of delivering high-quality events for Polkadot across Spain and Europe. He possesses an extensive network and has been undertaking significant work in business development over the past months. Additionally, Albert has robust technical knowledge of Polkadot and has been part of the ecosystem for a long time. He excels in public-facing roles and in representing Polkadot. Moreover, he is an exemplary team player, a quality I find crucial for an HA role within the collective. As we endeavour to build a new programme and design a strategy for the new Ambassador collective, the ability to collaborate effectively will be indispensable. I know Albert for years and believe he is the top candidate for this position!

I have been observing Albert's work for some time and he seems to me to be a serious person and a good candidate. I support his candidacy and wish him the best of luck in this challenge.
