This proposal is about remove curators from Spanish Bounty.
Contrary to what is stated in the proposal, we as a curator team firmly believe that the existence of regional bounties serves the community well, and we welcome the existence of other bounties in different regions and languages to amplify the ecosystem message in the different communities and regions.
Furthermore, we do not believe that the bounty overlaps with the activities of other bounties, but rather, contrary to what is proposed, it complements them.
The bounty has not been ineffective and has allowed the visibility of creators in the Spanish-speaking ecosystem.
And in fact, this bounty V2 is the second that exists in Spanish, since the Bounty V1 was a proposal in Kusama and finish during the year 2023.

We welcome any suggestions for displaying information about submitted proposals, curation, rewarded funds, and reports in a clearer and more optimized way. This will help us improve communication and transparency with the community regarding the progress of the bounty.
Dear curators,
It has been suggested several times that the curator team's practice of signing and issuing Child bounties is highly ineffective. The constant spamming of the ChildBounty IDs negatively influences other bounties. In practice, this means on average 3-4 payments each day where every payment is issued and signed as a separate call. This is 105 extrinsic over 30 days. For comparison, a single Spanish bounty on Kusama owns 40% of all Kusama Child bounties. This is just out of proportion. Issuing daily payments of as low as $50 feels like curators are trying to create extra work for themselves.
We have suggested to the team to start batching the calls and start doing weekly or monthly payments as it is a common practice of every other Bounty. It seems this argument is turned down and the spamming continues.
This is now logged as the issue on GitHub.
Because of this practice, I will support this proposal to replace the current curator set.
