Hi Polkadot,
My name is Andréa Vistoli, also known in the community as DonDiegoSanchez.
We, the DAO, are accomplishing something no other ecosystem nor organization has performed this far, and we’re innovating even more. What we're building has no precedent, no model, and we're following our own path. We're decentralization pioneers, building the future backend of a global economy.
Our ambassadors should fit this reality; they need to be bold, connected, able to innovate, disrupt and try again. This new program is an excellent opportunity for our ecosystem to mature as OpenGov has left a lot of blind spots. It's up to the new team to identify, analyze and try to address them and, if not lead, at least guide our ecosystem.
I'm 40 years old, father of two, pre-redenomination holder, ecosystem agent, serial business founder, former Emmy’s nominee film producer, decentralization cultist, cofounder of a French regulated CASP and I’m facing government bodies, lobbies, medias, listed company and SMEs on a regular basis for the last two years.
I will make an excellent Head Ambassador, I have the vision, the skills, the shoulders to do it and my nonce speaks for me.
I'm a leader, a creator, a process-maker, a true decentralization zealot, and I want to help to build what I hope will become an example for web3, but also for the rest of the world.
I have a wide range of skills and experiences in business, organization, management, regulation, networking, distributed systems and decentralization logic that will be essential to the success of the new program. I'm at the forefront of user adoption, both retail and institutional, through companies I've built. I'm also right in the trenches when it comes to regulation, compliance and lobbying in the wider European zone. My role as co-founder of ChaosDao has also given me acquaintance with a very large sample of the various personalities responsible for making what Polkadot is today, making me quite aware of the struggles and barriers faced by those building it or on it.
I intend to represent Polkadot where it matters most, in the true sense of an ambassador, to the many institutions and actors of the European market. My unique mix of qualities and experiences make me suitable and credible to represent Polkadot in front of listed companies, financial players, lobbies and governments, both to defend it and to help people understand and adopt it.
I also intend to help my fellow Head Ambassadors improve the program. We can build something completely new, transparent and efficient like the technology we will represent. Fueled by the highest expectations of our fellow token holders and built on the same ethos and foundations as Polkadot. Bold, hydrated and decentralized to actually help drive adoption, improve the community sentiment but also be the showcase of what a decentralized organization can achieve.
Finally, I intend to look after my domestic community and market from a business development and user success perspective. I will continue the work that we have already started with some other members of the French-speaking community. We are creating a welcoming and transparent online space supported by the Polkadot Paris Hub, a physical space acting as a real life outpost for the community and the HeadQuarters for our BD activities.
I’ll be attending the EthCC and Decoded for those that will want to meet with me. I’m always available on Discord and Tg : @dondiegosanchez or on X : @SanchezCrypto

Threshold
The application of a WEB3 entrepreneur who writes “I'm giving up the job in the startup I created to become a $10K's Polkadot Ambassador” is a shame and probably a lie too.
Can he also pretend to respect the conditions of the new program given the list of his activities? The race for opportunists has no limits!
DAOistes give lessons to others but just to others.

"The role of Head Ambassador should necessitate activity on par with a full time job"
