This is a proposal to retain Wei at fellowship rank III. The retention period happens every 6 months.
- For the past few months, I've been working on
tinyjam, a secondary and independent implementation of JAM 2.0 with the goal of streamlining testing.
- The codebase isn't public yet, but I will have something to show before the next retention period (in the next 6 months).
- I have to admit, that the past 6 months was a little bumpy for me, due to personal factors.
- I have not claimed any "salary" in fellowship in the past, and don't plan to do so at least until the next retention period.
This is bypassing the standard fellowship procedure of rank approval by applying to OpenGov instead. It should instead be voted within the fellowship and was rejected prior: https://collectives.subsquare.io/fellowship/referenda/165
