We created this proposal to cover some of our costs for substrate integration in https://web3alert.io/.
Web3alert’s goal is to provide Polkadot (Dotsama) users with immediate access to on-chain data.
Substrate integration allowing Polkadot and Kusama users to receive messages about on-chain events in Telegram and Discord messengers.
We've spent a lot of effort and time building this tool - research, experimentation, backend, design, interface. Part of the code used in the substrate module is open source.
We're asking the community and councilors to support us.
