We have answered all questions in the posts from the original submission. 

The Refill comes at a time of relevant events happening within the city of Berlin and due to our technical oversight, we have now put at risk this proposal re-passing, which we take full responsibility for. 

There will be no further Re-fill requested should this come to pass — we believe in the power of branding & impressions, however we also believe in life-span and impact deteriorating from too much time vs exposure.
