Few months back, We proposed a proposal for Polkaevent an event discovery platform for the dotsama ecosystem. Unfortunately our [proposal](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/motion/238) didn't reach the majority. So we request the council members to please support us in this initiative to get our bonded token back. We will be really thankful to them.

 Requesting to return the submission deposit in order to Reject Motion 238

[Motion 341](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/motion/341) was a proposal submitted with the goal to fund the continued production of RMRK Substrate pallets: adaptable to the entire ecosystem. As it is accustomed with treasury proposals higher than 500k USD, this was submitted as an external motion, to be voted by the Council and after in referenda queue by the community for the final decision. 

The Council failed to pass the motion, and we suggested to the team to submit this as a public proposal to put it up for vote by the community. The team requested to withdraw their application. This tip aims to return the 500 DOTS deposit for the submission proposal to the team to after reject the treasury proposal and slash the deposit.

Dear council,

I have opened a tip for a community member who mistakenly sent [10.18 DOT directly to nomination pool 61](https://polkadot.subscan.io/extrinsic/13355740-2) instead of using the nominationPools.join extrinsic. By this action and given that no one holds the private key for the destination account, the user is now unable to access funds. Considering that the balances.forceTransfer call is very powerful and it takes a more complex process, and the balance is low, I think the best option is to refund this community member through a tip. If you know any other solution, we are open to listen to you.

Hello Council Members, 


Being in the Dotsama ecosystem for three years, I have catered to multiple perspectives of operating or understanding the dot ecosystem. One of the common issues that I have consistently seen our users face, is a lack of a common platform for addressing their concerns from time to time. This includes hopping from platforms like discord to element and seeking answers from moderators. This creates a redundant flow of information because moderators might have to answer the same questions nth times.

Realising this a problem, I did in-depth research and created a platform named [newtodot](http://newtodot.xyz/) a list of 200 Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs). This will help the moderators to directly use this platform’s link as a reference.

I will be adding more questions frequently for the new users in the upcoming days. I will be really thankful if the council members can support this initiative.
