Request for 1,100 DOT for 3 proposals (#247, #248, #251) that bonded 100, 500, & 500 DOT. The first 2 were erroneous so we were advised to request a 600 DOT refund in the corrected proposal. That one received insufficient votes so all 1,100 DOT were lost.

The space was developed at the beginning of the Polkadot Blockchain Academy, how anecdote was moderated within the academy and had a certain impact in its publication of 32.5K and with a large call for listeners.

Maarmapa (Head Ambassador) was also a guest and participated, among others, Jaume, who was the person who starred in the involuntary incident with Acala explaining the reasons.

The important thing about the realization of these twitter spaces by ambassadors and referents of the ecosystem is because it gives the members of the community the opportunity to have a direct approach with them, ask questions and have the opportunity to be direct participants.

And he is also the architect of the first Kusama Network side event [KAOS IN BA](https://twitter.com/kaosinba/status/1543964313831911424) for the Spanish-speaking community that was run through the treasury, and took place on July 1, 2022, having an overwhelming success, surpassing the promise of expected applications, so the work team for the new editions has doubled.

One more part of this trip is the creation of 2 groups to unite the Argentine and Uruguay community and organize future meetings, stay in touch and spread any type of official information about the ecosystem.

POLKADOT AND KUSAMA Community

He participated in the first edition of the Polkadot Hackathon Latam obtaining a second place in smart contracts with his recent project DOTOCRACY.

2023

This year he was summoned again to participate in the Polkadot Blockchain Academy edition number 2 in Buenos Aires on a voluntary basis. And he traveled from Italy for it.

He also carried out parallel activities in conjunction with the Adlib! production organized by the PBA.
He was a collaborator and in charge of summoning the community at Academy Open Night, 3 parallel events held at the university.
He also hosted PolkaSunset a side event for graduate students, the Parity team and the Argentine community in Buenos Aires.

and he held the first [meetUp](https://twitter.com/PolkadotUruguay/status/1629588216670986242) in the capital of that country, Montevideo with the graduates of PBA and community.

Few months back, We proposed a proposal for Polkaevent an event discovery platform for the dotsama ecosystem. Unfortunately our [proposal](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/motion/238) didn't reach the majority. So we request the council members to please support us in this initiative to get our bonded token back. We will be really thankful to them.

**Motion 341 Summary**

- Motion 341 proposed funding for RMRK Substrate pallets.

- The Council did not pass the motion.
- The team was advised to submit it as a public proposal for community voting.
- The team requested to withdraw the application.
- The tip aims to return the 500 DOTS deposit to the team after the proposal is rejected.

[Motion 341](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/motion/341) was a proposal submitted with the goal to fund the continued production of RMRK Substrate pallets: adaptable to the entire ecosystem. As it is accustomed with treasury proposals higher than 500k USD, this was submitted as an external motion, to be voted by the Council and after in referenda queue by the community for the final decision. 

The Council failed to pass the motion, and we suggested to the team to submit this as a public proposal to put it up for vote by the community. The team requested to withdraw their application. This tip aims to return the 500 DOTS deposit for the submission proposal to the team to after reject the treasury proposal and slash the deposit.
