Hi thanks for the investigation - Kahori from Astar here (100% Japanese!) I was looking for her when I saw the past post for ambassador but I could not recognise. Apologies not to inform sooner but I can confirm none of Polkadot Japanese community is aware of her so 0 influence.

These things should not happen again in the future, perhaps adding another type of credential to applicants for such high positions, for example, the one offered by Deloitte in conjunction with Kilt

Michiko, if for some reason you were not able to step forward in the last weeks, then please do so now and explain your absence, if not then I recommend this proposal to pass.

I see no issue here.
Some Ambassadors are owned by Giotto, and others are literally Giotto.
There is no big difference.
